And I recognise that today, with emotions raw, cries loud you may not be ready to pray. That's okay. I iust want you to keep it as another outlet, another channel, an even more lasting solution. Our prayer can go where our frustration and demand may not go.
8.
And very necessarily we must Pray for the women now scarred by #Ozoro and the others triggered, forced again to relieve crimes carried out against them. These ones need us to send petition before God, now!!!
6.
As I've come to know. without the light of Jesus, they will end this barbaric act but channel the state of a dead heart into something equally destructive. Maybe not as heinous as this #Ozoro madness but equally destructive.
5.
While we demand for accountability by all means necessary, pray for Ozoro. Pray that the light of Jesus shines in the lives of these mindless men and the toxic institutions that collude to perpetrate these acts.
4.
The human heart, soul, spirit without Jesus is DEAD! Without Jesus we are capable of great horrors and we don't need to dig too far to see the horrors humans have perpetrated over time. We are faced with one today! So here's my appeal, while we call for justice, and we should.
3.
...because of God's justice, then I have to trust that his love and justice are perfect (God help my heart). On days like this, I also have to recognise that social interventions alone are not enough to transform the human heart and soul.
2.
Hence his "delay" and I have a responsibility in the continuous work of redemption. And worse (for my frailty to grasp) is that I have to trust his justice system. I have to trust that he is just, if he could not iust wipe our debt but Jesus had to pay the price...

On days like these when heinous crimes like #ozoromadness comes to light, my yearning for "Jesus come" is loud! Yet, I have to hold the tension that he needs men like these horrible ones to come to know him to accept his love.
