@BenjDicken I'll throw 1 VM for every 5k concurrent users. I'm aware tech and frameworks that technically support ~100k rps exist, but that isn't realistic. When you put compute in the scene + delay from sync engines, 5k rps per VM is more realistic IMO.
So 2B users / ~5k rps VMs = 400k VMs
