@romankemp well done on making such a great programme, I came close to leaving on a number of occasions. I tried everything, but medication was the only thing that helped. Like you I just wanted to escape from my mind... thank God I stayed. Wishing all the best mate. Stay strong

@bryony_gordon Hi, just heard you on Radio 2...completely resonated with me. I am 63 days without drink. I am all or nothing, like you 1 or 2 is impossible. None is easy and I’m not missing it. I have never trusted people who don’t drink however...what’s that about?!
