This morning I was informed directly from AD Overton that he was making a change in leadership. Contrary to what’s been reported, I want to be clear that I did not step down from my position as head football coach at Kennesaw State University.

Since we started the football program, I have had the pleasure of coaching and working alongside so many great people. I appreciate your hard work and dedication to this program.

@BohannonBrian shouldn’t be the one leaving.

He built @KSUOwlsFootball from ground up, created successful blueprint, and then tolerated erratic athletic decisions that had no resources in place for success.

3) Coach struggles in first year jumping up as expected.

Ooooooh this is the type of decision which makes me angry about a team I have no attachment to. A guy builds your program from scratch, wins championships etc, then you move up a level and fire him for having exactly the record teams generally have when moving up a level!????
