Participants will gather at the Minneapolis Central Library (located at 3rd & Nicollet) between 9:30-10:15 a.m. From there, they will proceed to the staging area (float #110) on S. 4th Ave. & 3rd St. for decorations and sign making. The parade begins at 11 a.m.
