This time I’m not going to say I’ll be posting what I’ve been building. I might–a lot of it is very very cool and I’m very proud of it ha–but if the last year had been any indication, I’ll be too busy building 🏗️
I’ve told myself many times that—for the good of my career—I should be posting some of the 30+ projects I’ve made since these tools dropped. Or I should finally post that draft I wrote about how thankful I am to have a job as fullfilling as my new role as AI Innovation Lead at @tecovas.
Before these tools, I did not realize how liberating it would be to be able to create anything I had in my head. And after 72 hours with Fable 5, I did not realize how constrained my ambition has been by the limits of the models we had.
The last time I posted on X was 6 months ago when Opus 4.5 felt to me like a sea change. And this week is the first time since then that I feel blown back by what’s now possible.
But with the things I’ve been able to do between Wed (when my Claude rest my Max limit) and today (when I hit it again), I just feel like I need to shout from the rafters that Fable 5 is clearly a turning point.

I can’t overemphasize how empowering it is to be able to take what’s in my head and create it in code 🔋🔌🌪️
I’m so hyped to share some of what I’ve built. I’ll post some slick gui here after a couple more late nights 🤌💎
Getting my projects jussttt right still takes time and effort (I easily clocked 60 multi-agent hours this week), but before 4.5, I couldn’t go at the same project for more than 6 hours before it would collapse under the weight of accumulated tech debt and detritus.
All of my (wildly qualified and fabulous) friends on the job hunt have felt the infinitesimal number of hires. So validating to see that perceived reality reflected in the numbers.
This is a bad jobs report. 73,000 jobs would have been worrisome to begin with, but deeply negative revisions to the previous two-months wiped out much of the recent gains. 2025 looks a lot worse the further we get into it.
There's a lot to cover, let's dig in. /1
@michal_creates Love @instant_notion 👏 It’s be super useful if I could tap on the “✅ Saved” badge to open the new db entry in Notion. Would give a quick workaround to do things like: add an image, update additional tags, formatting tweaks, etc.
