The government is constructing the legal and technical framework for authorised 3rd parties including autonomous AI agents, to access, combine and act upon personal data held about YOU across different parts of the economy.

Government explicitly sees a personal data store containing information brought together from multiple sources. AI will control access to that information, handle your consent preferences and interpret the data about you!

So things like healthcare, financial services, retail purchases, smartphones, apps, social media, wearables, loyalty cards etc AND your personal carbon footprint.

They say it won’t erode consent but that isn’t what this framework will ban. It does not prevent the STATE accessing data where it has given itself a statutory power to do so.

Twelve Years After Blair's LBS Speech, Every Death, Every Murder, Every Rape Is Treason

Twelve years ago, Tony Blair stood at London Business School and told Britain the truth, the answer to a broken working class was never

"fewer Polish people."

It was skills.

Education.

Opportunity.

Nobody listened.

Instead, Britain got Brexit.

Then austerity.

Then a pandemic.

Then a cost-of-living crisis that has become a permanent way of life.

And now, in 2026, the bill has come due not in abstract GDP figures, but in blood.

The numbers are the treason.

0.8% growth.

A flatlining economy that cannot lift wages or build homes.

5.3% unemployment coming down the track, per the Bank of England.

Household spending up to £32,500 a year £700 a month more than 2021.

92% higher energy bills.

Half the country unable to save £1,000.

A Prime Minister at -44.8% approval, with his own party wanting him gone.
Blair said invest in people. Britain invested in blame.

And when you strip a generation of hope, of work, of a future, you do not get a polite decline.

You get knife crime on estates that have been left to rot.

You get rape in a policing and justice system starved of funding.

You get deaths in NHS corridors where waiting lists have become a death sentence.

Every one of them is treason — not by the migrants Blair defended, but by the successive governments that chose slogans over solutions, borders over budgets, and scapegoats over schools.

Small boat crossings are down 44% this year.

The government will trumpet that. But the boats were never the point.

The point was the 44% increase in despair in towns where nothing was built, nothing was fixed, and nobody was trained for the jobs that never came.

Blair's 2014 speech was self-serving in parts a former Prime Minister defending the globalisation that made him.

But his central warning was dead right, when you tell alienated youth that their problem is the immigrant next door, instead of giving them the tools to compete, you are sowing treason against your own people.

In 2026, that treason is measurable.

It is measured in morgues.

In rape conviction rates that barely register.

In stab wounds on children in postcode wars that the state pretends not to see.

Nobody listened to Blair in 2014. And now, twelve years later, a country that chose blame over building is reaping the harvest.

Every death.

Every murder.

Every rape.

That is the treason.

Our initial focus will be on Group Litigation Orders, potential violations of rights protected by the European Convention on Human Rights, and cases against individual officials where the evidence we have uncovered supports a credible cause of action.

The objective is not simply to pursue justice for individuals who have been wronged.

It is also to bring into the public record the failures, the recurring patterns, the institutions and individuals involved, and the true scale of what has taken place.

Litigation has the power to do something political argument often cannot in that it will compel disclosure, test evidence, establish facts, and create a permanent public record.

The Post Office litigation showed what can happen when large numbers of people who have suffered similar wrongs organise, pool their evidence and pursue a case collectively. The Postmasters' GLO did not solve everything overnight, but it helped expose a scandal that had been ignored for years and fundamentally changed the public understanding of what had happened.

That is the principle we intend to explore here.

It will not be fast. There is no guarantee of success. Serious litigation rarely offers either.

You begin. You take consistent, measured action. You learn from what succeeds and what fails. You use that feedback to determine the next move.

That is how you navigate the long and winding road ahead.
