@AklTransport what’s going on with your NX1 busses? Over the past few weeks myself and other passengers have noticed a significant smell of diesel fumes inside. This has been on many different busses. #feelingsick 🤢
@AklTransport when will you start increasing the frequency of busses to Hibiscus Coast? Many busses are full from 1.30pm. Please look at the data and start increasing services to better meet your customers needs.
@FlyAirNZ get incorrectly ticketed by Air NZ and spend an extra 3 hrs in transit! Spoke to contact centre and was told i would be called back but nothing. You don’t care about your customers wellbeing. No food, lounge access, upgrade, compensation, not even a sorry we messed up.
@FlyAirNZ Once again, stuck in no man’s land where you are so slow to reply there end up being nothing you can do to help. The sad thing is our flights should have been the least of our worries after my father in law passed unexpectedly and we needed to get to the UK urgently.
@AklTransport still waiting for a response on my query (case CAS-PZ1V2-Q9Z5N5). Your customer service is pretty shocking and it’s terrible that other than send you an email and wait hopefully for a month for a response, I have no other options to resolve my issue.
@AklTransport why do all your bus drivers feel it necessary to have the AC blasting at 15 degrees in the middle of winter. Would love to be on a bus that isn’t colder than the air outside!

@AklTransport is it too much to ask to have bus drivers that want people to get on their bus? Many times trying to get on the NX1 to HC the drivers go by waving at the bus behind that doesn’t go to HC. Either put on more busses to HC or get your drivers to stop please!
