@Ask_Spectrum Just did and I don’t have some number for y’all.

[Hallking5 @Hallking5]

Want to know what kind of customer service @Ask_Spectrum has, my
goddaughters mother passed away aug 8. On Aug. 26 she was able to cancel her mother’s cell phone. On Sept 14 she noticed they had drafted the cell phone payment from her account. She called @Ask_Spectrum and asked them why and was told because the billing cycle started Aug 24. She proceeded to explain that the cell phone had not been used since Aug. 7 and her mother passed away Aug. 8 to which the dude at customer service says “then why didn’t you cancel it Aug 9 or 10” zero compassion whatsoever.

3 weeks ago I put 170 Christmas cards at the blue @USPS at the tj maxx/ Lowe’s foods at Sherwood shopping center. All of these cards are just missing. No one has gotten one and if you have PLEASE tell me. No one answers the phone at the USPS, pathetic.

This is the most powerful thing I have seen this year. I don’t know if I would have had the same restraint. Black men can save young Black men.
