If the quality assurance is so bad (all the reviews were great btw) then how are they allowed to cancel last minute and charge double? While we can’t even access the refund because it’s pending?

@SouthwestAir starting to taxi on my flight to SF when we were told to stop and wait…for at least an hour +, for a flight that’s only 1:15. I would get off an find another flight but my bag was checked since the flight was so full 😬🥺hopefully we’ll be getting credit back??
