But the more pressing horror for us as leaseholders was financial - unable to pay skyrocketing bills, a flat worth zero, our future gone.

I’m thankful we escaped our cladded flat, although we had to auction it for less than its worth (without defects) as it was unmortgageable. Many aren’t so lucky.

Was on @BBCBreakfast this morning talking about #PremierLeague clubs taking short-haul flights to matches. ✈️ The story and my comments were also featured on the Today programme on Radio 4 News bulletins all morning. Which is pretty cool - good reach I mean.

The BBC study of 100 matches in a two month period - showed there were 81 domestic flights and 60 ghost flights (where planes fly empty while they move the right airport…) We’re talking about roughly 70% of those games were flown to and the shortest flight was just 27 minutes. 🤯

It’s two kindsa wrong - first it’s unnecessary, pointless carbon emissions - and second the Premier League are setting a bad example, they need to be more mindful of their influence and start walking the talk on #climate stuff.
