@HCDSB
Bullies often try to discourage someone from telling an adult by labelling it as 'tattling'. There is a difference between 'tattling' (your intention is to get someone in trouble) versus 'telling' (your intention is to keep someone safe).
Always tell. #AntiBullyingWeek@HCDSB
When is something just a conflict, and when does it cross into bullying?
The differences can be subtle, but they are incredibly important to ensure we can identify, call out, and put a stop to bullying.
Conflict is normal. Bullying is not.
