Why “& Design?”
Our new channel name reflects how design happens. As Tighe & Bond’s in-house studio, we work across disciplines; integrating environmental, infrastructure, community needs, and regulatory frameworks into every design project.
We joined HYM Investment Group, PCA, & other project partners including the City of Revere to kick off construction for Portico, the second of three multi-family buildings which comprise the first phase of the Revere/Beachmont Square north end of the Suffolk Downs redevelopment.
As part of a larger facility expansion and improvement project for Portland Community Squash, our team of landscape architects designed a series of outdoor spaces and green infrastructure elements to better serve the families visiting the center.
A new patio, multi-sport court (basketball / pickleball), and redesigned entrance with streetscape elements and community front porch improved accessibility and enhance the facility’s programming and social events...

Our team enjoyed the Halloween Stroll in Milton. The event passes through renovated Manning Park designed by our team with Howard Stein Hudson. The park is a component of @MassDOT's East Milton Square transportation improvements project & will act as a center of community events.
