RE has a real bad habit of introducing cool side characters (Carlos, Sheva, etc.) and then just casting them into the void. At least a Mercs title would let us see some of them again!

Is there any time frame for new ship upgrades?
Group has been capped out for weeks now. Still like to gather as many as possible for whoever needs them, but I assume most people on 7/8/9 are also in my position.
Still try to do at least 1 operation a day!
