Retained fire station in Hamble Le Rice. We respond to many different emergencies in the local area. We also respond to life threatening medical calls.

Back from overnight shift. Epic grit from @UK_ISAR_TEAM for sustained 18-20 hour breeching and rescue mission. Two adults with dehydration but relatively minor injuries rescued after >120hr entombment.

Crews from @StMarys54, @Hightown56, @Redbridge53, @Eastleigh32, @HambleFire55 and @WinchesterStn30 are tackling the restaurant fire in #Portswood.

The road has been closed and local residents are advised to keep windows and doors shut due to the smoke.

Yesterday evening we teamed up with @hamblelifeboat for some training exercises on the river.

These training sessions give us greater understanding of how other agencies work in these situations.

Come down to the Victory inn today to support Jack Jarvis @UnitedWconquer who is rowing the Atlantic solo in a worlds first Guinness book of record attempt all in aid of the charity @braintstrust

Teams will be rowing from 5.30am until 10.30 PM to mirror jack’s day 🙂🛶

At 1751hrs we mobilised crews from @Hightown56 @StMarys54 @Hamblefire55 to a high rise in Southampton, luckily this turned out to be a false alarm caused by cooking.
