I'm going somewhere new, looking out for area names in signposts and banners for pointers.
Behold, it's social media handles and phone number I'm seeing🥹
These things used to contain full address (street name, junction name, city and state)
"No” is a full sentence.
I used to over-explain or give in.
Recently, a friend asked me to tag along for something.
Old me? Long excuses.
This time? Just: “Rara, mi ò lọ” (No, I’m not going).
That was growth. Boundaries matter.
When has saying No changed things for you?
Starting something new isn’t always exciting.
It’s messy. Doubtful. Overwhelming.
That’s when I learned: resilience is a skill, not a trait.
🔑 Reframe setbacks
🔑 Celebrate small wins
🔑 Stay consistent
Resilience isn’t avoiding challenges,
It is growing through them.
Seemingly small task, great impact

Yes, You!
That email you’ve been postponing?
Replying takes less than 5 minutes.
Yet, the relief of clearing it out lasts all week.
Small, but powerful.
So,
What’s one email you can clear today?
Sometimes the next chapter isn’t about changing who you are.
It’s about finally seeing what’s been there all along.
For me, that shift was moving from VA → Communication & Engagement Specialist.
Not a new path, just embracing my true role:
The Harmonizer.
What chapter are you
Proof speaks louder than promises.
One client once told me:
“Sometimes I give you tasks, and you do more than I expected… especially in community management.”
That’s what Communication & Engagement means to me—going beyond tasks to create impact.
