HCFS contracted with Yellowpages to conduct a social media campaign to help recruit foster caregivers to support children and youth.
We are actively working with YellowPages to correct the misinformation and sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
It has come to our attention that a Yellowpages ad circulating on social media incorrectly states that Hamilton Child and Family Supports (HCFS) provides childcare services.
We would like to clarify that this information is incorrect. HCFS does not offer daycare services.
Wishing all of our followers a Happy Pride Month! HCFS recognizes the vibrant, diverse and intersectional communities falling within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, especially when children and young persons are in contact with the child welfare system.
The organization encourages applications from all qualified individuals. To apply, visit our website at https://t.co/AAGoXyazoI #HamOnt#Hiring#TheretoCare

The ongoing crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQI+ people that we are facing is a direct result of colonization.
On Red Dress Day, and every day, we honour the lives and legacies of MMIWG2S by listening to their stories and commemorating their
