Jellyfish lake in Palau is a fantastic place. Some years ago I spent a few hours there taking pictures, and just before getting out of the water I started looking up from just below the surface. This was my surreal view.

Jawfishes are always a challenge to photograph for me. When you try to get close, they retreat into their holes, but here is a photo I am happy with. This is a yet-to-be-named species of the genus Opistognathus from Fernando de Noronha, Brazil, good looking fish. #ichthyology
Tank Tips: KEEP THE FLOW
Having adequate amounts of flow in your tank, esp reef tanks, will largely determine how clean your tank stays. If you don't have enough flow to keep movement & prevent dead spots, you will deal w/algae issues, detritus/debris build-up, & nitrate issues.
Coral reefs cover less than 1% of the surface of the ocean, but are home to over 25% of all of the diversity of life in it. That also means that you can protect 99% of the ocean without protecting a single coral reef. Conservation is not just about area. #NotJustArea
