Good news last week with revised classification of Cluain 3948 Lustre placing her as EX91, scoring well in Dairy Strength 96 & Feet and Legs 92.
Sire stack is IMPALU x MER-GOLD STICKY RED x ODABEST x GGFABER x BACKGARD.

Sad to sell Cluain 3006 Primula at 15yo due to fertility problems. She knew how to set a pace and stick to it, with 10 lactations, producing 116,089 litres and 7,943kg milk solids.

We're pleased to be achieving well across 2 separate red dairy breeds.

In Dec ABVs our @aussieredcows achieved #2 for SI, #5 for BPI, & #8 for HWI.

We also learned that our cows sired by Illawarra bulls topped the rankings for all of BPI, HWI, and SI for the Illawarra breed!

First day of Fire Danger Season in Limestone Coast and there is already a problem. It appears to be well under control with two fire trucks attending, but it just goes to show you can't be too careful.

In history Hot Cross Buns variously date to 12th-14th Century. The sweet bread points 2 Christ's body, white paste crosses on top represent the cross, and the spices hint at his embalming.
