The whole cordon takes five minutes to walk - traffic can head towards the flyover on Terrace Road however it is closed eastbound.

At the epicentre of the cordon very little has changed with the bus still in the middle while officers discuss the situation.

Police have partially closed Terrace Road from the BIC roundabout to the incident in the triangle with surrounding roads also affected.

The cordon has a high police presence and has led to the partial closure of commercial road and the triangle.

A morebus staff member in Orange hi-vis is also on the scene.
