@virginmedia I’m afraid I would have to get back to you on that one. But it’s unlikely we are going to give it another try as its been far too many issues and false hope and let down. I can speak to her when i next see her if she thinks otherwise but it’s unlikely
@virginmedia never in my life have i seen such truly god awful service as I have with you. I am still yet without internet since September because your staff/management are so inarticulate and they can’t organise what I presume to be a very simple job! Utter disgrace
@virginmedia We have raised multiple complaints. Our most recent being last week where someone very helpful (so it seems) said they would specifically organise the work in the road to be done today. I get a know on the door at 8am this morning with another engineer. I just laughed
@virginmedia We had phone calls back-and-forth with customer service in which they would say that everything would be sorted and they would organise someone to come and do the work yet engineers keep getting sent instead.
@virginmedia With that, myself and my flatmate have been unable to work from home and have had to spend lots of extra money on topping up our data. All we need is for someone to do the work in the road but your company seems to not be able to sort something so simple out. 3/
@virginmedia I have been without internet for 2 months and counting now. How has it taken this long. In this time you have sent out 2 engineers both of which couldnt do their job as you have failed to organise anyone to run cables to my property. No communication whatsoever. Joke
