When you don’t give job security to Youth, their mindset is always without stability which eventually pushes them towards anxiety, frustration & drugs.
Outsourcing jobs is the biggest injustice to our Youth. They deserve dignity & respect.
@JKVTWA@sajadlone
We place on record our firm appreciation for the Worthy State Project Director @bhawani_rakwal, Samagra Shiksha J&K, and the Worthy Chief Accounts Officer @JKSamagra for issuing this decisive order and making it public. This order officially validates the long-standing concerns raised by Vocational Trainers regarding systematic violations of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Vocational Training Partners #VTPs.
The order makes it abundantly clear that all Vocational Training Partners #VTPs have been in continuous and comprehensive violation of the MoU since its inception in 2016. These violations are not confined to any single aspect, but extend to multiple core terms and conditions of the MoU, reflecting a complete failure of compliance and accountability. On this basis alone, all #VTPs stand disqualified from continuing in the vocational education system of Jammu & Kashmir.
It is now an established and documented fact that all #VTPs have failed to fulfil even the basic obligations prescribed under the MoU. This position has already been submitted in writing by all 20 Chief Education Officers of J&K and the Directors of School Education, particularly during deliberations on the implementation of the Haryana Model. These recommendations are explicit, unanimous, and against the continuation of all #VTPs, leaving no administrative or legal justification for their retention.
Despite repeated warnings and documented failures, crores of public funds have continued to be channelled to private companies that have proved to be a burden on the vocational education ecosystem rather than contributors to it. This situation reflects systemic inefficiency and must be brought to an end.
We therefore categorically demand that the Government of Jammu & Kashmir immediately act upon the recommendations already submitted by the CEOs and Directors, and initiate the removal of all #VTPs without any further delay.
We expect the present Government @JKNC_@OmarAbdullah@sakinaitoo to honour the commitments made to the Vocational Trainers of J&K, beginning with decisive structural reforms strictly in accordance with the recommendations already placed before the Worthy Secretary, School Education Department, J&K.@SchoolEdujkut
This order must be treated as a trigger for corrective action, not a mere formality. The vocational education system of Jammu & Kashmir demands accountability, reform and justice—without compromise.

@RuhullahMehdi open merit students are feeling increasingly demoralized. Their hard work, dedication, and achievements seem to carry little weight under the present system. The emotional and psychological impact on the youth is significant, as many feel that genuine merit is not being respected
What will it take for those in the government to understand the agony and hopelessness that our aspiring youths are facing? What will make them understand that this is suffocating an entire young generation and pushing them to walls? Doesn’t even today’s case in Vaishno Devi University about the students with merit open their eyes and feel the urgency to resolve this matter and give some relief to our youth?
Last year they said 6 months. Those 6 months have turned into a year. Few weeks ago before Budgam Assembly election they said few days without letting anyone know whether they have resolved the issue or not. Those few days are now turning into more than a month.
Now even if they solve this issue sometime in future, which I think is unlikely, what will compensate the years they have already lost and the vacancies which are already gone?
Is this about personal egos? Is this entire generation being punished because I have been speaking for them? Alright, I will pull myself out of this issue for a month. Meet the students, resolve the issue rationally, take them to your fold. Curse me and turn them against me, but please resolve this issue which is about their careers.
And if after the conclusion of this Parliament session on the December 20th this issue is not resolved. I will sit with them again the way we did the last December. And this time it will not be for a day only.

First assembly session of the first elected govt of JKUT is a clear proof of the failure of the govt. No relief for the people of JK, job policy for Vocational teachers, Daily wagers, Free gas cylinder, free electricity, AWW, free ration, in short, no promise has been fulfilled.
Today evening Called upon Madam @sakinaitoo ji Cabinet minister for Education, Health & Medical Education and Social Welfare and Shri @javaiddar minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election to discuss prominent issues pertaining to employees working and minorities in Jnk . @JKVTWA@OmarAbdullah@Surinderch55@tanvirsadiq
Vocational Trainers are the backbone of our society & education system. They have uplifted vocational education with commitment & skill.
Yet today, private companies given contracts through dubious means, are exploiting them. These trainers deserve dignity, decent salaries & a concrete job policy. The govt must not outsource education to profiteers but own & empower these brilliant minds. Engage them in dialogue, not detain them for protesting.
Protests are democratic rights, not crimes. This is the moment for the govt to act decisively, promptly, and justly.
@JKVTWA@CM_JnK@sakinaitoo@OfficeOfLGJandK
Following positive signs from the government, peaceful protests have been temporarily paused. However, our commitment to the cause remains steadfast.
Vocational Teachers of J&K will rejoin schools up to 13th April under a PEN DOWN STRIKE, standing strong in our demand for justice and fairness.
We urge @JmuKmrPolice to release our detained colleagues in the Kashmir Division and respect our democratic right to protest. These teachers shape the future, let them return to classrooms, not custody. Stop the detentions. Let their voices be heard. @CM_JnK@diprjk@DivComKash@BaramullaPolice@DCBaramulla@dcbandipora@AnantnagPolice@bandiporapolice@BudgamPolice@ShopianPolice@policekulgam@ssppul@SrinagarPolice@Gbl_Police@KupwaraCops
