🔎 Interviewing in Web3? A few things to keep in mind.

1. Show real interest in the project. Do your research and let your excitement come through.

2. Your GitHub can be just as important as your resume. Show what you’ve actually built.

3. Most clients I’ve worked with usually have around four interview steps, often with a technical test or two.

4. Although Web3 is a primarily remote industry, sharing your availability for interviews in the client’s time zone shows you’re prepared and respectful of their schedule.

5. Web3 moves fast and has big energy, but staying professional while showing your passion goes a long way
