Posting updates about that dumb mod project i am making and personal stuff here seemed a bit awkward and out of place, so i have decided to make a new separate account and leave this one just for my art projects and commissions.

I am planning, or at least considering, re-starting taking commissions again, but i need to figure out if any of my previous clients are at all interested, and i need to figure out how to re-do pricing, i am not sure how to handle it at all, but maybe i can stay afloat that way
Anxiety and depression about money , lack of employment and just the tragic state of my life in general is wearing me down hard lately.
I am trying to work on that castle still, but i manage to do less and less every day, i am just getting even slower and more shut down :/
Maybe the castle is an overkill, but i'm in too deep now XDD I am trying to figure out how to separate the courtyard into separate pieces for implementation, for now its one piece and although it works, it's not optimal

Current progress on the castle thing. I will have some troubles implementing it into the mod, turns out that when importing from OBJ file it will always use the scene center as the center of the mesh, not the individual origin of object, which complicates things for me :/
Cathedral finally has some windows π i also made the entrance part to the Castle proper, but i struggle with the rest of it xD After i finish this castle complex i will have to restructure land around it, mostly in the graveyard

Castle update! It's more difficult than i thought it would be, but i'll manage! I didn't want the new Cathedral to overlap the cemetery so i moved the whole complex more to the back, due to that i will have to remake/rethink the big bridge that leads to the castle from the cityπ€
Castle progress update! I added the sketch from before into view to plan things out, most of the front walls and gate are done, now i'm working on side buildings before i start on the Main building and courtyard between all of them. #Skyrim#modding
So at least this one tower is ready XD now im working on a gate, this castle will take a long while to fully finish π
I'm not sure if i can finish this project though, my life is complicated right now, i need to find a job but it's very difficult for me due to my disability βΉοΈ
After making the sewer system (it still needs to be finished even after i significantly reduced the scope of it) I have FINALLY started working on the castle, wanted to do this since the start of this mod, i am not sure if i can pull this off. Here's the first tower for now xD
Ignore the green stuff that's just the sewer system i also sketched out on a seperate layer to make designing that simpler xD i might post some pictures of that
I wanted to make a proper custom mesh//model for the castle in my mod for ages, so i have taken a top-down screenshot of the area and sketched out potential extended castle over it, i am not sure if its a good idea to attempt this, it might take ages to finish #skyrim#SkyrimSE
I've also made a computer-like console to operate his machinery, i based in on the new enchanting table i made earlier. i plan on making 1-2 more of these with different mechanisms like levers or keys and such for variety. They fit together in a wall-unit system
I'm refurbishing and remaking the clockwork lab in the mod, been working on custom meshes for few days now, this will be a factotum engineering tablet thingy in the centre, i also made bell jar shaped stasis pods for assembled factotum experiments, it will take a while π
I have successfully made and implemented that cube map i wanted, i was afraid i wouldn't be able to pull it off but i managed somehow, unfortunately it's not nearly as cool looking as i hoped it would, i think the process made the texture too small and muted it βΉοΈ
Heres the new portal for the mod, i have also made new wayshrine to house it, i am still working on custom cubemap but for now i gave it some in-game lava cube map. This is the portal in the mod island, the one in Skyrim mainland is housed in a ruined tower, i might post it later
