@rg_jones @minhealthnz@covid19nz To qualify, I totally agree in requiring N95 for healthcare workers in healthcare settings. Noting that this would also mean requiring all the men to be clean shaven every day (apart from a small mo’ if that takes your fancy…)
@rg_jones @minhealthnz@covid19nz Kia ora e hoa. On some levels I agree, but the reality is that any mask, and especially the N95, is only effective if worn properly. Given most people can’t seem to wear a surgical mask properly, I’d be loathed to require the use of N95s with their increased environmental impact.
@rg_jones Generally use tohutō ‘cos that’s what I was taught but if I can’t use a tohutō (some annoying programs at work) I’ll double the vowel ‘cos otherwise it’s just wrong. And anything Kiingitanga I’ll use double vowels out of respect.
@DrJinRussell Hopefully they can get some stability now. Like him or not, ScoMo was the 1st Aussie PM to actually complete a full term since we left in 2007. Whatever your political views, yo-yo-ing leadership is never a recipe for success.
@patbrittenden Agreed, but I get the feeling that with the major issues around early dementia in former players World Rugby is doing everything they can to try to mitigate (& more-so, be SEEN to try to mitigate) further injury.
