The longevity argument is flawed too. Hazard was the best player on every team he played for from Lille to Chelsea to Belgium—for over a decade. His influence has never truly been replaced. De Bruyne is an all-time great, but he thrived in Pep's tailor-made system.

Belgium without Hazard is a completely different team. They become turnover-prone, can't retain possession in the final third, and the attack looks disjointed. With him, Belgium had the most fluid and dangerous attack in international footbal similar to France's now

One like farhan who dominates batting pitches and has a range of shots.
The others are like Nafay and Naeem who will get exposed as soon as they play intl
You can see they only have couple of shots
Naeem was also very poor for shaheens

Nafay below avg behind stumps and only knows how to slog.
Shamyl , saad and maaz all top performers in domestic are the future

Add stump bowling challenge, 6 hitting contest and you could create something similar to All star game in NBA /MLB and Pro Bowl in NFL.

Pre-game rituals would be a great introduction, and tailgating could also improve the match-day culture.
Since you guys are experienced in American sports culture, I hope you work on bringing these elements

Once things settle, there’s one area PSL could take to the next level: fan engagement and team personality. Right now, most teams are differentiated mainly by logos and colours.

Rivalries= more eyeball= more profit.
India vs Pak is the biggest example.
Currently PSL doesn't have any fierce rivalries. PSL should work on that. Simple TV promos like these can get fans invested

@Rehan_ulhaq Islamabad Orange army (Dortmund style Wall tifosi, Karachi Kings roar, Zalmi Waving towels possibilities are endless, and franchises are bound to bring creative ideas. This is a area PSL should really look at. Brings a lot of people do the stadium and creates loyal following
