@fromrosesxo But I will also try and keep out of the way of runner if I hear them too as I know it’s annoying to stop when you are finally in your running ‘groove’. We have to be courteous of each other and always #bekind.

@fromrosesxo I’m a dog owner and a (newbie) runner and I can see both. The other day I was running and wondered if a couple of couple hear me coming,they didn’t so I just walked behind until I could pass. When I did they screamed and swore at me for not ‘shouting behind them’.
