Grey County has temporarily stopped road plowing due to the dangerous conditions. Service will resume when it is safe to do so. Please stay off the roads.
By early Monday morning snowfall amounts in the 15 to 25 cm range will be possible, especially on Grassy or untreated surfaces. Snowfall rates of 2 to 4 cm per hour will be possible resulting in reduced visibility at times.

One of the most intense storms I've ever witnessed. I was just southeast of #MountForest#ONStorm around 5:30pm. Pelted by hail and extreme strong winds for over 10 minutes. Area of rotation passed overhead. Lots of tree limbs down and leaves shredded.

NTP has confirmed four new tornadoes for southern Ontario - 3 non-supercell EF0s entirely over Lake Huron on the evening of Sept 5th, and 1 EF0 from a supercell that moved from Lake Huron onshore north of Goderich near 4 am the next day (unusual but can clearly happen). #ONStorm
