@NetworkRailCHX please keep train info on the board until 30 seconds before departure. I know you say you do. Customers can’t find the platform without this information. Especially with trains being delayed and cancelled, it’s makes them extra hard to find. #stationfail

Hey @Se_Railway any change of heating the rail replacement bus I’m on for the next 1 hour and 18 mins? I can currently see my breath! #chilly

@Se_Railway No, the driver didn’t refuse. He confirmed the heating is on, he apologised that’s it’s on as much as he can get it to go. The bus is v cold. All passengers are have hoods up hats on etc to keep warm.

@Se_Railway Ok thanks for trying. Any chance you’d just have the heating on anyway? The train I got off had the heating on. It’s nearly Christmas would be a lovely treat for all customers who are stuck on rail replacement services to be on heated buses.
