Robert Reburn with TDOC tells me Robert Thurman has eligibility for determinate release to probation after serving 30% of his sentence, which is roughly 7 months and 6 days. BUT Rhea County Sheriff's Department says differently....

In my first tweet, I said Thurman was added to the sex offender registry in 2018. That's when he committed his crimes. He was convicted in 2022 & added to the registry then.
THIS past Friday, Thurman turned himself back into Rhea County Jail to finish out his sentencing.

According to the sex offender registry in 2018 Robert Thurman was convicted of sexual battery and providing alcohol to a minor.

Former ADA McGovern, both of Thurman’s charges were to run consecutively. Meaning, he WAS NOT supposed to be released. Sheriff Neal tells the sheriff’s department conversed with TDOC for 3 months over his release, stating Thurman is supposed to serve consecutive time.

This morning I went to speak with Dr. Matthew Kreth at Children's Hospital at Erlanger about the harmful affects of gas emissions from the stove. Dr. Kreth says this has been a hot topic for many years. He says if you have a ventilation system, the gas emission doesn't harm you.

WILL GAS STOVES BE BANNED IN THE U.S.?
According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, about 40% of homes in the U.S. use natural gas stoves which emit air pollutants such as nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide and fine particle matter at levels that are deemed unsafe.

"HIDDEN HAZARD:" The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission could potentially ban gas stoves, saying improper ventilation puts kids at a greater risk for developing asthma.
