Felt an earthquake while working! 🏢🫨 The epicenter was far away, but here in Yokohama, my high-rise office was swaying for a while. It felt a bit "sea-sick" and gross! Luckily, it wasn't a big one.

Did you know that many Americans raise chickens to have fresh eggs?

These are eggs that my friend gave me, that were laid by his chickens (he has about 40!)

They are the best tasting eggs ever!

This Japan/US bonding moment on X is pretty awesome.

What's so great about it is that it all started with talking about food. And now both cultures are sharing their native cuisines, traditions, so on and so forth, and everyone is having a good time! A GOOD TIME! Not fighting, not bickering over silly political things or nonsensical social issues. Just bonding and having fun.

X is typically not a lighthearted place, but today it definitely was, and that is refreshing. I pray it continues.

Side note: If you're Japanese and you ever find yourself in Colorado, try Palisade Peach Cobbler. It's delicious.

Texas law requires us to have at least one freezer full of cow.
We are also required to submit our bbq to the state and those that fail those two requirements must leave the state within 60 days. 😂

Finally got my new glasses from JINS! 👓 They are famous for being affordable and fast. My lenses took a week to arrive because of my strong prescription, but I'm so happy with the quality and the price. Highly recommended if you're in Japan!
