@waecdigitalcert Keep saying the organization needs to sort out issues of encouraging applicants to pay when they are ineligible to access the certificate.. Payment should be the last step after all verifications since the money is non refundable..

@greatseductress @waecdigitalcert Same issue with a friend.. The process needs thorough upgrade as regards information dissemination and eligibility check before payment.. Why would you accept payment and eventually deny the applicant access to the resource..

@waecdigitalcert This is well noted but you have to put a mechanism that prevents that from the beginning which will not make the payment by a third party for such certificate possible.... A note of caution can also help to dissuade a third party from trying to request the certificate for others.
