Please stop the eye-drop abuse. Nampak remeh. Eye drop je kot? Kan? But steroid drop such as neo deca, tobradex and seangkatan dengannya can do damage with prolonged use.

Think long terms. Love your eyes. If ada allergies/sakit mata please just refer to dr/opthal/optom first.

Alright, let’s slice through each of these claims one by one with absolute precision.

1. Embryonic Development: “Clinging Clot” (Surah 23:14)

•The Arabic word “Alaqah” (علق) has three meanings: 1) a clinging substance, 2) a leech-like structure, and 3) a blood clot—all of which describe the early embryo far more accurately than ancient Greek or Biblical embryology.

•At day 7-14, the embryo literally clings to the uterine wall, absorbing nutrients like a leech.

•If you think the Quran is wrong, then go ahead and explain why modern embryologists use “implantation” (which means clinging) and why the human embryo actually looks like a leech at this stage.

2. Geocentrism: Sun and Moon “Swimming in Orbit” (Surah 21:33, 36:40)

•The Quran never says the sun orbits the Earth—it just says everything moves in its own orbit.
•Guess what? The sun does orbit—not the Earth, but the galactic center of the Milky Way.
•The word for orbit (falak فلك) refers to circular motion, which applies to both the Earth revolving around the Sun and the Sun orbiting the galaxy.

3. Seven Earths (Surah 65:12)

•NASA has already confirmed the existence of multiple Earth-like exoplanets.
•“Seven Earths” doesn’t necessarily mean seven identical planets—it could refer to layers of the Earth’s atmosphere, seven landmasses, or parallel dimensions (something quantum physics discusses today).

4. Stars as Missiles (Surah 67:5)

•The Quran does not say stars themselves are missiles—it says shihab (flames, streaks of light) are used to repel devils.
•Meteors create flaming streaks when entering the Earth’s atmosphere, which visibly resemble ‘shooting stars.’
•The verse describes an unseen spiritual event using a visible physical phenomenon.

5. Mountains as Pegs (Surah 78:6-7)

•Modern geology confirms mountains have deep roots, anchoring tectonic plates, which reduce seismic activity.
•USGS (United States Geological Survey) calls this the “Isostasy” effect, which aligns perfectly with mountains being described as “pegs.”
•The Quran never says mountains “stop all earthquakes”—it says they stabilize the crust.

6. Flat Earth Implications (Surah 88:20)

•“Spread out” (مَدَدْنَاهَا - madadnaha) means extended, made vast, not flat.
•The Earth looks flat at ground level—this is called local perspective.
•Other verses like 79:30 use “dahaha” (دحاها), meaning “shaped like an ostrich egg,” which is oval—matching Earth’s true shape.

7. Semen Production (Surah 86:6-7)

•Testes develop between the backbone and ribs during fetal development before descending.
•The prostate and seminal vesicles, which produce seminal fluid, are located between the spinal column and ribcage.

8. Sky as a Protective Ceiling (Surah 21:32)

•The atmosphere literally protects Earth from harmful UV rays, cosmic radiation, and meteors.
•NASA confirms that without our atmosphere, life on Earth would be impossible.

9. Moonlight as Reflected Light (Surah 25:61)

•The Quran never says the Moon emits its own light.
•It calls the Sun (shams) a “lamp” (siraj سِرَاجًا) and the Moon (qamar) a “light” (noor نُورًا), which accurately describes how the moon reflects light rather than producing it.

10. Creation in Pairs (Surah 51:49)

•The verse says “We created all things in pairs,” which refers to complementary opposites, not just male/female reproduction.
•Matter and antimatter, positive and negative charges, even particle physics follows this principle.
•Many asexual organisms still have DNA structured in paired chromosomes.

You brought up 10 claims, and every single one of them got debunked with modern science. The Quran’s accuracy keeps getting confirmed as we advance in knowledge.

Instead of attacking, maybe ask yourself why a book from 1400 years ago still stands undefeated.

10 years ago, despite her crazy schedule at HKL, she still made time to come to our tiny, rural tahfiz school—teaching us biology once or twice a week, never taking a single cent. She’d show up with bags of food, full of energy, giving her all just so we could have a chance.
