@MercedesBenzUK Customer services are not being very helpful to be honest (understatement). The lady I am talking about is in her 70’s she has had new Mercedes’ cars for 30 years. Saying that customer services is only open mon-fri 8:30-5 is questionable.

@TheRAC_UK what a joke 3 and a half hours on the side of a 70mile an hour dual carriage way waiting for recovery. To be told every time I rang that it would be 30 mins more EVERYTIME. What a joke. Even told to ring 999 EMERGENCY services if I believed my life was in danger. 🤬🤬

@bparsia @VirginAtlantic The crew last night were amazing and after the long delays today we are now through to the gate. It’s just the cost of it all when you add it up financially to each individual. I spoke to someone going home for 3 days to see his parents so he’ll only get 24hrs now. ☹️
