@RLCWarrant Disagree. If a Reserve is of the benchmark quality (promotion courses and criteria broadly the same for reg and res - which is your 3rd option) why shouldn’t they? I am currently in a staff role at 207 days, and on ops and exercise have commanded regulars. Is that worth less?
