Stop having player evaluation conversations that go nowhere.
When every coach in your org is grading on the same objective criteria, you can identify real development needs, and communicate them effectively, at scale.

Spoke to two orgs today who LOVED Handled! Based on early feedback we are confident that this is a tool that many orgs, teams, and showcase companies could benefit from. DMs open! Let’s talk!
The hardest conversations are the ones that happen in silence.
When a player doesn't know why he's not playing. When a parent is frustrated, and you don't have the time or the objective data to explain where their kid stands.
This is the invisible work of coaching. We built a tool to make it visible. To give you a feedback layer without adding hours to your day.
Because players and parents deserve to know. And you deserve a better way to show them.
Really appreciate all the mid major Division 1 schools reaching out too current players on our roster without contacting our staff first. You all are a class act.
If it keeps up am going to start putting your programs on blast for everyone to see on social media.
This is what your players and parents should be getting. Not a text message. Not a spreadsheet saved in a folder you can't find.
A clean, professional report that shows exactly where they stand and what they need to work on.
It makes your feedback stick. It makes your program look better. It makes your life easier.
Summer ball is heating 🔥
Evaluators are hitting the road.
Hitters - want to stand out?
1. Be prepared to hit when you are in the double hole, helmet, batting gloves, protective equipment - on
2. Focus and breathe in the hole, don’t jack around in the dugout with your teammates. Give yourself a mental at bat before stepping on deck. Be intentional with your purpose.
3. Routine, routine, routine on deck. Practice “your feel” and clear your mind
4. Walk up to the plate like you own the place and swing like your there to do damage.
5. When you get out (that happens more than you will get a hit), act like you’ve been there a million times.
6. Be the first one on the field on defense if you can

The tone in the room is that Travel Baseball is a scam.
We know at Handled there are so many people across the country who are not charlatans and that want to provide the best they can for families and players.
That’s who we built Handled for. Low cost, big impact.

Sandlot it ain't.
Youth sports now $40 B industry:
"Teenagers on travel teams are rolling into weekend tournaments wearing a few thousand dollars of apparel, equipment & swag. Avg family spending on baseball increased nearly 70% between 2019 and 2024."

Scrolling the timeline and seeing a ton of kick off weekend for travel orgs: data collection, combines, games.
Orgs - do you have an easy way to turn this information into reports? That's what Handled what built for.
You are doing the work, make sure your players and parents see it!

Plenty of orgs out there collecting the data, taking the notes, making the evaluations. Handled was built to streamline this process and give parents and players something tangible. Love to see this @UOrganization
@CoachTodd2@robyounce Mid Majors should give the Regular Season Champ the bid, then construct the Tournament for teams 2-5 to get the best RPI boost possible (have the top teams play each other in a round robin format)
@robyounce If they are playing better competition, they may be losing by the slimmest of margins, and still be better than the team from the second rung down?
It would be like the Canes, Team Elite, Scorpions, CBA Baseball, GBG Baseball, Dirtbags, USA Prime, Wow Factor, etc all being in the same pool in a tournament and then getting mad that the top team from the next pool down didn't make the playoffs. You could argue either way - and that top team from the next pool down is probably pretty damn talented, but are they as talented as the team from the above group that lost a couple close games?
