One year ago today, Charlie Kirk was murdered while debating with students in Utah.

He wasn't hurting anyone. He wasn't calling for violence. He was having respectful dialogue with someone of opposing views, something he spent his entire career doing. But the radical left could not tolerate that.

Freedom of speech is a fundamental right. Nobody, no matter what their beliefs are, deserves to be murdered for exercising it.

That's why today we are remembering Charlie Kirk for his commitment to freedom of speech, and the values of good-faith discussion he inspired in millions of people worldwide.

A part of me didn’t believe how hated conservatives were until this morning.
