@MohsinnaqviC42 Spirit of game? If that’s so valuable to you, why did you not let the trophy be given to the winners by someone else? Regardless of what you wanted, Team India won and deserved the trophy!
@NitashaKaul Excellent decision! I was surprised to see this tweet from a fellow Kashmiri and my first reaction was of shock so I went through your tweets only to find myself agreeing to this cancellation as you clearly hold a strong anti-India bias.
100% agreed on knowing Kashmiri, however, the understanding that you have about “hindianise” Kashmir is reflecting hate, nothing else. Same with the southern states of India. I have lived in Karnataka for 10 years and can confirm that your assumption is wrong and that the local general population doesn’t care if you don’t know the local language. Of course, the local language is much appreciated and rightly so but in no way is endangered or overshadowed by Hindi. The beauty of our country is diversity and in no way should that be confused with a specific culture or state’s uniqueness is endangered by such trivialities.
@_koshurhasa@Vcassano11 And then, second aspect is for Kashmiris like myself who were forced out of Kashmir, spent time in other parts of the country where Hindi is more prevalent with little to no exposure to Urdu. So, will it be justified for me to feel that Urdu is being imposed on me? #stopthishate
@_koshurhasa@Vcassano11 Your premise & the hate for any language wrong at various levels!
Kashmir has tourists from all over India, many of those tourists speak and can read Hindi, so if this helps them, what’s your concern? You can choose to not read Hindi, no one would force it on you. #stopthishate
@HarjitSajjan Why these “Canadians” were not targeted before the Khalistan agenda got widespread in Canada? Ask yourself, @HarjitSajjan!
Canadians or Canada have never been a problem, sir! Why paint a false picture?
@RealJasSingh @Ashutos15710413 @Nayak_Khalnyak That’s your line of response!😅
Did someone deny you the opportunity to get a separate nation in 1947? What’s the need now? What’s that truly going to solve for you? Anyway, won’t indulge further. Feel free to not respond as well.
@RealJasSingh @Ashutos15710413 @Nayak_Khalnyak Not supporting the author’s post and the historical facts of what happened in 1984 is upsetting, unfair and unjust, however, what happened with Kashmiri Pandits (1989-1991) & with several other communities is equally worse. A separate country won’t randomly solve the problems.
@Harpreet_IAS_91@the_lama_singh Are you saying what @the_lama_singh has written is an incorrect point of view? You must have some strong views about this entire situation and beyond, so wouldn’t it be better for an ex-IAS officer to share some valuable intelligence instead of writing self-contradictory replies?
