Instead of solving it, your team just closes the ticket and generates a new complaint number every single time I call escalate

@amazonIN 7 Executives left the conversation and transferred the chat to one another. Is this the customer service one shall expect from Amazon? Hilarious and exploiting attitude.
@homecentreindia worst customer support of all. Customer care executives do not have any clue when missing parts of furniture would get delivered and keep on hold for 30-40 mins. Regretting buying from Homecentre.
@TataMotors i just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for excellent work by Mr Amit Baisoya TATA service sec. 15 Faridabad. His dedication and attention to problem which persisted for last two years in my car finally has been resolved. Good to see such dedicated employees.
