@KellyCline86 Apparently the county mayor is the executive for the county. In Kentucky they call that position Judge-Executive. The “county judge” in Kentucky has no judicial powers.
Before 1975 they did, but a lot of cases were overturned apparently.

We mostly got ice and regular rain yesterday. Thankfully my power didn’t go out.

About an inch on the ground right now in Richmond. Not sure how the roads are but the salt trucks have been out working the EKU Bypass.
