@Vintagewinnings@yesadok@whitesox Haha we’ll continue to think that and no amount of your endless energy tweeting about it will change the fun we’re having. Go outside.
@Vintagewinnings@yesadok@whitesox You don’t understand the metric. 30 games ago, we ranked top 5 in hardest schedule. It constantly updates and is about remaining games. And playing the same teams isn’t easy. Hitters get to know pitchers very well. And we beat the royals 22-1 (+ beating the Braves & Dodgers).
1. Antonacci
2. Meidroth
3. Vargas
4. Benintendi
5. B. Montgomery
6. C. Montgomery
7. Teel
8. Peters
9. Gonzalez
Take some pressure off Teel as he eases back in and let Colson reset. Enough with Grichuk against righties. #WhiteSox
@BroseffUp@lakeview487 I can only use last year to compare. Clearly willing to give him the opportunity to show us he can manage just as well or better, but you have to at least give Q some credit up until now for all of our pitchers’ success. These guys don’t just exceed expectations on their own.
@BroseffUp@lakeview487 Quero catcher ERA is 3.92 vs. Teel at 4.61. His defensive impact can’t just be reduced to DRS when you account for ERA and all of the trickle down effects that has. Did you see some of the pick off plays he had last year? He’s manages the staff better and that’s huge.
@North2North You are wrong. They continue to say Brooke is the first color commentator (analyst) while Mary was the first play by play. Schriffen did play by play. MLB even published an article a few days ago noting Mary and the distinction between analyst and play by play.
Kyle Teel is obviously a great hitter, but isn’t it premature to have him bat cleanup in his 2nd game? Let him ease into it further down the lineup. #WhiteSox
