Bill Meredith, Principal at Bryant Career Tech, presents certificates for the National Flight Academy to Gage Smith and Emma Rockhold. They have been awarded a scholarship to attend the National Flight Academy located on Naval Air Station in Pensacola this summer.

Greg Graeber, marine educator, from the Dauphin Island Sea Lab visited Mrs. S. Serra's science classes today. Students were given an opportunity to participate in a touch lab to examine a variety of sea life.

Congratulations to Sharon Johnson for being selected as our 2017-18 Teacher of the Year. She was presented with a plaque from Mr. Diaz and Dr. Foster this morning. Mrs. Johnson has been a special education teacher at HMS for over 20 years.
