After watching this, I wouldn’t believe me either.
But I won’t be taking a % of your profits or requiring you to pay for anything lol. No course or whatever.
Just want to do my part to help change the industry for the better
Here’s the link for tonight:

If you’re in a season where you’re waiting on the Lord, I highly recommend reading and praying with Psalms 27, 46, 55 and 62. These four chapters, in my season of waiting, reminded me of who God is and that He never fails. Highly recommend.
🚨 If you’re still paying off your student loans, this is for YOU! Your payment options are changing on July 1, and @mimibrowntv lets you know what you need to do to avoid being locked into a new payment plan! ✅
“Heavenly Father,
Today we come before You with hearts that are tired, wounded, and in need of Your healing touch. You are the #God who restores, comforts, and makes all things new. We ask You to pour out Your peace upon every person who is struggling physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. Touch every sick body with Your healing power and bring strength where there is weakness, calm where there is anxiety, and hope where there is fear.
Lord, heal the pain that cannot be seen by others—the silent tears, the hidden stress, the sleepless nights, and the heavy burdens carried in secret. Remind us that we are never alone because Your presence goes before us and stays beside us in every battle. Give wisdom to doctors, comfort to families, and courage to those waiting for breakthrough and recovery.
Father, replace sadness with joy, #fear with #faith, and confusion with peace. Help us trust Your timing even when healing feels delayed. Strengthen our hearts so we do not lose hope during difficult moments. Let Your love shine into every dark place and renew our minds with confidence and peace.
We declare that Your #grace is greater than every sickness, every struggle, and every storm we face. Thank You for being our refuge, protector, and healer. We place every worry into Your hands and trust You completely.
In #Jesus’ name, Amen.” 🙏
$21 an hour full time in most cities now.
After taxes and everything you’re pulling roughly $2,850 a month.
One-bedroom rent anywhere jobs actually exist? $2,050-$2,300.
Car note + insurance + gas = $720.
Groceries for one = $480.
You got negative $100 before you even buy socks or see a doctor.
This is the math millions are living every single month.
And they’re still being told to “budget better.”
Your landlord bought the building you live in with a credit card. He pays $0 in interest. You pay him $1,800 a month
That $1,800 goes straight toward the balance on a business Amex he opened 14 months ago. He put $62,000 on it for the down payment on a duplex in a market where distressed properties sell for under $80K.
The rest he put on a Chase Ink. 0% interest for 15 months on both cards
Your rent is his minimum payment. Except his minimum payment is $380 and you're paying $1,800 so the other $1,420 is just profit sitting in his checking account earning interest while the bank's money bought him the asset
He doesn't have family money. He doesn't have a finance degree. He has a 720 credit score and he understood one thing you don't: banks will hand you $50K-$200K at 0% interest if you fill out the right applications in the right order on the right morning
And you're on the other side of that equation. Paying someone else's credit card bill every month and calling it rent
This is the part that pisses me off. The difference between the guy collecting rent and the guy paying rent is not intelligence. It's not work ethic. It's not connections or inheritance or luck. It's knowing that business credit cards exist, that they approve based on your personal credit score, and that they charge 0% interest for 12-18 months while a traditional loan charges 8-15% from day one
The banks have both products on the same website. The 0% card and the 8% loan. Same bank. Same money. Same underwriting team. One makes the bank less money so nobody recommends it.
The other makes the bank more money so every financial advisor, every SBA counselor, every business school professor points you straight at it
Your landlord just read the other page
I know a guy who went from paying $2,100/month rent in Memphis to owning 3 rental properties cash flowing $1,400/month combined in under 2 years. Total money out of his own pocket: $0. Everything funded through 0% business cards, renovated with the remaining credit, refinanced into long term debt once the properties were stabilized. He kept the cards paid off and ready for the next one
Same guy. Same job. Same income. He just stopped giving his money to someone else's credit card payment and started making his own
The only barrier to entry is your credit score. And if your score is shit right now that's fixable. I've taken people from the 500s to the 700s in 60-90 days. Once you're there the entire capital stack opens up
We fix credit and build 0% capital strategies for people who are done making other people rich. Link in bio

Waiting on God is one of the most difficult places a believer will ever find themselves in.
It is that place where you have prayed… but nothing has changed.
You have believed… but nothing has shifted.
You have cried… but heaven seems silent.
It is the place where you don’t know when the door will open, you just know that God said it will.
And that uncertainty can stretch your faith.
Because as humans, we love clarity.
We want dates, signs, confirmations, and timelines.
But God often works outside our expectations—not to frustrate us, but to build something deeper within us.
Waiting is not punishment.
Waiting is a process.
It is in waiting that God deals with your heart.
It is in waiting that your character is refined.
It is in waiting that your dependence on Him becomes real—not just words, but a lifestyle.
Anyone can praise God when things are moving.
Anyone can testify when doors are opening.
But can you still trust Him when nothing is happening?
Can you still worship when you don’t understand?
Can you still stand when everything in you wants to give up?
Waiting will test your faith like nothing else.
There are days you will feel forgotten.
Days you will question if you heard God correctly.
Days you will watch others move ahead while you remain in the same place.
And in those moments, the enemy will whisper:
“Maybe it’s not for you.”
“Maybe God has forgotten you.”
“Maybe it will never happen.”
But listen carefully—God is never late.
If He made a promise, He is committed to fulfilling it.
Not according to your timing, but according to His perfect will.
Sometimes the delay is not denial.
Sometimes God is preparing the blessing… and at the same time preparing you for the blessing.
Because if God gives you something you are not ready for, it can destroy you instead of bless you.
So He works on your patience.
He works on your attitude.
He works on your faith.
Waiting is where strength is built.
The Bible says those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.
That means waiting is not wasting—it is renewing.
Even when it feels like nothing is happening, something is happening within you.
God is teaching you to trust Him beyond what you can see.
To believe Him beyond what you feel.
To stand even when there is no evidence.
So don’t give up in the waiting.
Keep praying.
Keep believing.
Keep showing up.
Keep trusting.
Because one day, that same door you have been staring at…
That same door you have been praying about…
That same door that refused to open…
Will open.
And when it does, you will understand why God made you wait.
Until then—stay faithful.
God has not forgotten you.
