I am far from a conspiracy theorist so let's look at this in a pragmatic fashion.
RAF Fairford has been under heightened security since Starmer approved its use for bombing runs in Iran.
On Friday night, five men were arrested on suspicion of offences under the Explosives Act.
On Saturday morning a major incident was declared, and the first public statement was issued at 08:18 on Sunday morning.
At 14:02 Sunday, Counterterrorism Police formally announced that it was leading the investigation and the five men were further arrested on suspicion of preparation of a terrorist act, contrary to section 5 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
*At this point, wild speculation is circulating online about Iran and Trump even claimed that he knew who they were and that he foiled it.*
Today, we learned that the five men are British nationals, in their twenties and from London.
*Don't forget that the far-right have been rampant throughout spreading disinformation — all they way up to Farage producing a video blaming Iran.*
Counterterrorism Police have confirmed today, that all five men have been released on bail while the investigation continues.
The important legal point is that bail does not mean the terrorism suspicion has been formally ruled out.
BUT.
The bail decision is a strong indication that the initial picture may have changed significantly.
Investigators have had plenty of time to examine the vans, devices/materials, phones and suspects — and all five were released.
SO.
The picture, to my mind, turns from less of a major bomb plot, to a potentially hazardous materials exercise.
One of the vans had a Fuel2U badge on the side. Were they stealing fuel? That would explain the barrels etc.
Whatever the scenario, it goes to prove that Reform UK and every other single person in the far-right, so desperate for this to be a small boats/immigration plot, now look like idiots.
Slavering, racist idiots.
Reform has shut 10 Public Nurseries to replace them with Private ones.
They have stopped Public Catering to schools to replace them with Private Catering
They have shut Public Care Homes to replace them with Private ones
Reform serves billionaires, more even than everyone else
Danny Tommo is an ex-drug dealer who has been convicted of armed attempted kidnapping. He also has a history of abuse against women and has been accused of plying a Telford grooming-gang survivor with drink and drugs for sex which is something the victim’s father has spoken publicly about.
We now have MPs defending this man after he committed serious criminal behaviour involving a bladed article at sea.
These are extremely dangerous examples to set. We should not be idolising, defending or celebrating people who commit serious crimes.
Because if this man were black or a migrant, these same people would be screaming for the book to be thrown at him and demanding he be deported.
This is about normalising extreme, aggressive behaviour towards anyone who opposes them. When MPs start defending criminals who are now involving knives, the message that sends is deeply disturbing.
People like Danny Tommo should not be defended. They certainly shouldn't be celebrated, especially when they have a history of abusing women, the very people they are claiming to be protecting by their actions.
Today’s decision by the Parades Commission to force an unwanted orange march through the Garvaghy Road is absolutely reckless and disgraceful.
It completely disregards the right of the Garvaghy Road community to live free from intimidation and sectarianism.
This decision amounts to an appeasement of sectarianism and of those in political unionism who want to drag our society backwards.
Andrew Neil, "The big problem we face is 6.7 million adults of working, who aren't working, and living on out of work benefits" #BBCQT
My view: Andrew Neil’s 6.7 million figure is real, but it does not mean 6.7 million people are able to work and choosing benefits.
Of those 6.7 million, 4.6 million, 68%, are not required to look for work, mainly because they are ill, disabled or caring for young children.
Of the remaining 2.2 million, many have health conditions that limit what work they can do.
Only 71,000 are on Jobseeker’s Allowance.
So using the 6.7 million total to imply Britain is full of workshy people is simply wrong.

If a Celtic player sprays water over the Rangers support tomorrow that will surely be okay? After all, the SFA, SPFL, the Police and the Media dismissed it as harmless banter when a Rangers player did it to Celtic fans.
