[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

A8 #scistuchat I learned that there are many ways to prove evolution and that it is very important today.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

@emilyldolson #SciStuChat What do you mean by your goal?

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

A7 #scistuchat Evolution is important today bc things are still evolving and becoming stronger, this is how we have the issue of super bugs.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

A6 #scistuchat Some common misconceptions- you can't believe evolution + have a religion and organisms are always becoming stonger/ better.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

@cdsutter123 You can believe both because Christians believe God created the Earth, but evolution can still be the case. #scistuchat

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

A5 #scistuchat we know that evolution happens because of the various types of evidence. (Fossil, Anatomical and DNA)

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

A4 #scistuchat Many people believe that evolution interferes with religion and they cannot believe both.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

A3 #scistuchat When scientists say animal species are related, they mean that they have a common ancestor, hence related.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

A2 #scistuchat Evolution is the development of species in relationship to each other.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

A1 #scistuchat A scientific theory is one that is backed up by evidence. An everyday theory a guess or hypothesis.

Hi my name is Hannah and I'm from MECHS! #SciStuChat

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

@1ggiordano17 #SciStuChat A8: I also now know what astrophysicists do and why what they do is significant.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

@1ggiordano17 #SciStuChat A8: I did not originally know anything we were talking about such as pulsars and supernovas but I do now!

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

@1ggiordano17 #SciStuChat A7: They study the universe in general. They want to discover and understand how the universe works.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

@respiewak @GROverboard Oh, okay. Thanks!

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

@willey_carly Yes, and we know they are products of supernova explosions.

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

#scistuchat What causes supernova explosions? Can someone explain?

[Hannah @HannahAlice12]

@1ggiordano17 #SciStuChat A6: We have not found all of them. But we do know that Pulsars are products of a supernova explosion.
