@SouthernRailUK my friend is visiting from Spain and bought a ticket at Gatwick. She was forced to pay £54.90 at the machine, even though the price is listed online as £16.50. This is absolutely disgusting, and shamelessly taking advantage of tourists who have no other option 😡
