How perfectly timed this week was! I participated in my 7th St. Jude Chillicothe to Peoria Run. I am honored to be one of coordinators of our team's run, and happy to GIVE my time and energy to this cause. Our little community GAVE $475,000 to St. Jude!

Admittedly, “rest” is probably the one I need to work on the most, but “move” comes the most naturally to me. I like to challenge myself and see how early in the day I can close my “exercise” and “move” rings on my Apple Watch.
