SHOCK!!! Still @SP_EnergyPeople & @ScottishPower haven’t responded to both my complaints. One of which saw them breach GDPR by tweeting my personal details. And now no one but a bot can seem to respond to messages. Yet you make billions a quarter?!
So after weeks of complaints & @SP_EnergyPeople@ScottishPower TWEETING my personal details for the the world to see, I’m being ignored. Ombudsman it is for you lot! Enjoy your breach of GDPR investigation. Dickheads
@ScottishPower NOW at week 5 with no HOT WATER, GAS OR HEATING and STILL your company are doing nothing!!! I have a vulnerable child I have to ship around to friends and family while you guys palm me off on it’s being looked into!!! Absolute disgrace of a company
@SP_EnergyPeople I have done this multiple times and all I get is your “BOT” responses. Ever since I was made to go to a smart meter I’ve had nothing but issues. You take money and don’t add it. Now I can’t top up at all. No heating or hot water. No one cares or responds.
So not only @ScottishPower admitted to FALSELY taking nearly £400 from me, they now won’t let me top up. So we’ve gone 2 weeks with no gas!!! Hoping @AlthorpHouse may look after their tenant 🙄
Still nothing from @vinted Lost my money. Had to send proof 5 times I’ve not been paid. No one is getting back to me! £360 just lost. Can I report this to anyone?? Don’t even know so gutted
@SP_EnergyPeople I have done MANY TIMES!!!!!!! You’re a joke of a company and I’m submitting my complaint to the ombudsman today! You’re thieving arseholes that take money from vulnerable people like myself who are already struggling in this counties economic meltdown! I’ve had no gas all weekend
Yet again @ScottishPower@SP_EnergyPeople have taken funds again for gas but don’t put it on the meter leaving us WITHOUT GAS ALL WEEKEND!!!! They took nearly £400 in 6 months which never went on the meter and had to fight for it back! Terrible customer service too!!!!!!!
@SP_EnergyPeople Can you respond? You’ve just clarified that over £170 of prepayments have been lost? Will you NOW look into this issue properly? I’ve complained numerous times on the phone and nothing gets done!!!!
@ScottishPower you’re a joke of a company. You rob us all and provide no service. I’ve paid £60 in 72hours and got no heating or hot water because you can’t update your meters. I have a child. You’re gross
@ScottishPower added to my account. I’m sat in a cold house with £60 worth of gas not added to my meter for 2 days because of your company. I’ve done all the remote attempts only to be told they’re duplicates!!
