@TastingHistory1 However the recipe I’m following does. I prefer weighted measurements for baking as they tend to be more accurate - but it wasn’t until recently that I had a scale, and in the before times I liked Tbs. Savory cooking it doesn’t matter - I eyeball it and hope for the best. 🤷‍♀️

@vanessaljones_ I’m in the US, so I don’t know how much this helps, but I was academicallg disqualified from my first BA university (I did an MA at a CSU). I managed to get into a fully funded R1. Don’t discount your work experience, writing, personal statements, and recommendations.
