@MagicBreaks just received my travel documents and there’s an error. I specifically requested x2 beds and the travel documents state it’s a room with x1 bed. I’m travelling with my brother and am not sharing a bed with him! I need to speak to someone to rectify this asap.

@RoyalMail thanks for leaving a parcel on my doorstep where anyone could’ve stolen it. Luckily my neighbours saw it had been left there and took it in. Think you need to retrain your staff on how to deliver a parcel.

@VirginHolidays your concierge service is utter rubbish. 91 days since I sent first email asking for a refund & had no response whatsoever. Response from UK #virginholidays is to basically sit, wait & hope they get in touch soon😡 I'll tweet this everyday till I get a response

@SF_England I already have a BSc degree and a PhD but I am looking into becoming a nurse. I was wondering if I was to undertake a nursing degree would I be eligible for funding for the tuition fees from sfe as it would be a second degree for me? Thanks

@VirginHolidays I find it ridiculous that I have to wait 120 days for a refund from the Orlando concierge team (even though I've had no contact from them) for universal tickets when another holiday company is refunding me the cost of an entire holiday in 28 days?!?!?
